When having high cholesterol, it helps us immediately find a way to lower cholesterol in the body. As the alternative to medications with chemical content, you can simply consume some types of vegetables and fruits.

One fruit believed to lower cholesterol is the red guava. A self-made red guava juice without added sugar can provide a variety of nutrients that are very good for health.

Red guava juice contains flavonoids, carotenoids, selenium, and vitamins C and E. They are very good for the immune system and skin. The very high flavonoid content in the guava can also help to lower cholesterol in the body effectively.
