Another interesting thing is that people would use a term of “comfort room” or “CR” instead of toilets and bathrooms. It is rare to find “toilet” signs in Philippines. Therefore, keep this in mind while visiting Philippines.

Like several regions in Southeast Asia, Philippines has unsatisfying internet access. Tourist will have to be patient while using some Wi-Fi access available in some public areas and it is recommended to use local service providers for better connections. According to several tourists, there are two biggest service providers in Philippines, Globe and Smart. Still, the services they provide are very limited, and most of the time it will only provide 2G signal, so you need to be patient about this. 

6.      Beach Access 

Entrance toll is a normal thing in tourist areas. There are many entrances for some beaches in Philippines, and the local tour guides could give you the cheapest entrance alternatives which usually cost about 25 pesos. 

7.      Prioritize Safe Destinations 

Of course, safety is the priority while having a vacation. Safety must be maintained by tourism managers or local government to increase the number of visiting tourists and to prevent undesired things. Always travel in a group to prevent criminal acts.  

Until now, there are still many tourism destinations that are not really safe for foreign tourists. Therefore, tourists should prepare everything carefully, including the destination choices.
