JAKARTA The Sanggar Gubug Wayang Museum can use as a family destination to better introduce a wide variety of Indonesian cultural arts. It is located on Jalan R.A Kartini No.23,  Mojokerto city, East Java. Inside the museum exhibits various wayang puppetry, various of native Indonesian heritage, traditional music, ancient children's toys, and masks.

Yesen Project Indonesia has made this 3 floors museum and it was officially opened on August 15, 2015. On the first floor there are various kinds of Si Unyil dolls (The famous Indonesian native puppet). That is because the late of Pak Raden, Unyil's initiator, contributed in inaugurate this sanggar gubug wayang museum.

All collections of Unyil dolls, Pak Ogah, Pak Raden and the other dolls collegues are inherited in the museum. In this museum, visitors can see various expressions of Unyil and other figures. Starting from smiling, sad, and angry.

While on the second and third floors, there are various types of puppets as a result of a grant from the community of art lovers in the Regency and City of Mojokerto. Wayang puppetry from all over the archipelago to China are here. Including wayang puppetry of great figures such as Soekarno's first president to President Joko Widodo. There are also wayang puppetries of dagelan, which are the actors of the capital city such as the DKI warkop group or other comedian groups.

In order to be more comfortable, the manager places a variety of flowers on banana leaves. The reason is as an air freshener, it's afraid that the collection will be damaged if using a chemical of air freshener. You only need to pay a ticket of Rp. 30,000/ person to enter the museum.
