Bondowoso Declared 4 New Tourism Sites, Here are the Places

TIMESINDONESIA, BONDOWOSO – The local government of Bondowoso just declared 4 new strategic tourism sites or so they called as kawasan strategis pariwisata daerah (KPSD).

Meanwhile, according to the chief of local Tourism Department, Harry Patriantono, those 4 new strategic tourism sites are the Ijen-Raung, Solor, Argopuro Mountain, and last but not least is the Geopark.

"We gonna make the Ijen - Raung mountain, and Solor as new strategic tourism sites," he said.

Furthermore, he also explained that they will also make Lereng Gunung Argopuro starting from Maeson straight to Wringin as another new strategic tourism site too.

The Geopark was chosen for their exotic black larva which was the result of ancient Ijen mountain eruption 4000 years ago.

These 4 new strategic tourism sites or kawasan strategis pariwisata daerah (KPSD) were picked by the local government of Bondowoso for they seemly have a great tourism potential in the future. (*)
