Bakso Pirang Wonorejo Serves Special Beef Ribs Meatballs

TIMESINDONESIA, PASURUAN – Kedai Bakso Pirang Wonorejo is one of the food shops in Pasuruan that could give a pleasurable culinary experience in Pasuruan city. This meatball shop is located in Jalan Raya Wonorejo, Pasuruan, 500 meters before Wonorejo market from Malang direction.

According Solihull Ibad, the owner of Bakso Pirang Wonorejo shop, his shop is the third branch after the two other shops located in Purwodadi and Purwosari.

“Pirang stands for ‘pinggir jurang’ (on the edge of a cliff), as the first shop that was established in 1990 is located near the edge of the cliff in Purwodadi,” he added.

The signature menu of Bakso Pirang shop is Beef Ribs Meatballs. This meatball is almost as big as a bowl. When you cut it in half, you will see a piece of beef ribs inside it.

This meatball costs IDR 15,000 for the large size and IDR 10,000 for the medium size. This shop also serves smooth-textured beef ribs and Bakso Mercon (Spicy Meatball) with the maximum level of spiciness.

There are some condiments like wonton chips, tofu, and noodles. They also serve some juice, such as avocado juice, soursop juice, guava juice, tomato juice, and carrot juice.
