JFC-17 Talents Used Jember Central Park as Their Catwalk

TIMESINDONESIA, JEMBER – Jember Fashion Carnaval's (JFC-17) talents held their performance at Alun - Alun Kabupaten Jember or Jember Central Park (3/3/2019). This was their second performance after their first at the Tourism Department hall or Kementerian Pariwisata Jember on last February 26, 2019.

As the theme 'Tribal Grandeur', the talents will show some world's traditional tribal costumes. The talents will have to explore their creativity to modify costumes from any tribe in the world including Asia, Africa, a d Europe.

In this afternoon some of the talents use one of Jember Central Park corner to show their unique costumes. A thematic music follow their walk along the show.

The show makes the society gathered in the central park and enjoy the free show. This was a rare performance for the society them self. The costumes were usually only performed for special occasion in special place.

The President of JFC Dynand Faris said that this even has been known well by the world and is committed to attrack more tourists either domestical or international to come to Jember.

"JFC has become World's number 3 most wanted to visit event, we committed to make it as the first, a d you know what, all of the hotels in Jember has been book, I even heard some people stay at Surabaya for this," he said.

JFC-17 will be held on July 3, 2019 to August 4, 2019 in Jember. This occasion will be attended by 6000 talents and their supports. (*)
