Please Welcome Chef Eko, The Square Restaurant Novotel Bali Nusa Dua Executive Chef

TIMESINDONESIA, NUSA DUA – If you have already tasted the Novotel Bali Nusa Dua dishes, then this guy is behind all the food served on your table. Eko Kusbandiyo a.k.a Chef Eko is the person who made all the delicious food you ate at the The Square Restaurant.
This guy started his career in 1992 at the Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua as Commis Chef. He then move to a stra cruise ship as the sous chef. He carried his career to work on almost all 5 stars Hotel in Indonesia by 2011 to 2018 before finally became the Executive Chef at Novotel Bali Nusa Dua.

Holding his position as an executive chef at the Novotel Bali Nusa Dua, Chef Eko is responsible to manage 4 restaurant outlets at the hotel like The Square Restaurant, Gourmet Bar, Pause Cafe and 2.28 Beach Club plus the room service.
He also responsible for the food quality control and taste for several big event like meeting or banquets at the Hotel. He watch every single food that came out of his kitchen and keep the taste and the quality.
