Purwodadi Village in Malang is The Perfect Place for Long-term Stay

TIMESINDONESIA, MALANG – Purwodadi Village, which is located in Tirtoyudo sub-district, Malang, gains the increasing number of foreign tourists. Most of them are having vacation and a long-term stay in this place.

Recently, some German tourists are staying for a week, starting from 23 August to 29 August 2019. There are three of them staying at this village, namely Kruseman Karla, Shorea Rieper dan Yara Rieper. Three of them are good at surfing. They usually surf at Lenggoksono Beach in Purwodadi Village.

 “They are happy to stay here and interact with the locals,” said the Head of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), Mukhlis, on Sunday (25/8/2019).

The three German tourists were staying in this place for the first time.

 “They know about our village from the Tourism Business Network in which I am joining,” he said.

They did not only enjoy the natural beauty of this village, but they were also introduced to the traditional cultures.

Sometimes they also learned to play the traditional musical instrument, such as gamelan.

This village provides many homestays for the tourists. Therefore, they will be able to interact with the locals in this village.

In fact, Purwodadi Village is frequently visited by the foreign tourists because they can surf at its beaches, such as Lenggoksono Beach, Wedi Awu Beach, and Bolu-Bolu Beach.(*)
