Gigantic Symphony Orchestra will be Peefoemed in Gumuk Pasir Barchan Bantul

TIMESINDONESIA, BANTUL – The local Department of Tourism Bantul planned to old held the Symphony Orchestra Gumuk Pasir (sand dune) Barchan. This event is held to honor and participate in the World's Tourism Day and will be held on September 27th 2019.

"Bantul has such lots prosperous place to be a potential world tourism destination. And all we need to have is a good marketing for it such as this event," the manager of the event Fandi Romadhanny said on Wednesday (25/9/2019).

The Pasir Gumuk (sand dune) in Parangtritis which will become the place where this event will be taken is one of two of the sand dune in the world. It was known that Mexico also has this kind of sand dune.

There will be lots of activity and competition hold on this event such as sandboarding, photography competition, Reog Wayang Uwong dance entitled ' Beksa Satria Manunggal, Jamming seasion, launching of JTF (Jogja Tourism Festival) and some cullinary festival.

Gumuk Pasir (sand dune) Barchan Bantul is a hill of loose sand built by aeolian processes (wind) or the flow of water. What a beautiful place to conduct such an event as symphony orchestra.
