Bentoel Group Delivered 2800 Ton of Tobacco to 6 Countries
Dry Ice Expanded Tobacco (DIET) company which run under Bentoel Group management has had around 2800 ton of tobacco exported to several countries. These tobacco were exported to Korea, Singapura, Vietnam, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Indinesia.
MALANG – Dry Ice Expanded Tobacco (DIET) company which run under Bentoel Group management has had around 2800 ton of tobacco exported to several countries. These tobacco were exported to Korea, Singapura, Vietnam, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Indinesia.
"Its one of our commitment to support the government's export program to increase the national economic growth. We also use a sophisticated technology that could produce tobacco to be 110% larger in number than its should be," The President of the Independent Chairman of Bentoel Group said on Tuesday (22/10/3019).
The DIET Bentoel Group Company is located in Randuagung, Malang. The company started its production since 2018 with a large number investment of IDR 293 B with 5000 ton production capacity in a year.
The company is one of 4 same company which spread around the world i.e in Germany, England, and Mexico. Meanwhile they have also expanded their export range to 19 other foreign countries such as Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Cambodia and many more.
Meanwhile, the company also committed to take local human resources as their workers. Almost 70% of their employees are the local community of Malang and the rest are coming from around Indonesia.
DIET, Bentoel Group Malang also held several training for their employees such as Environment, Health and commitSafety (EHS), DIET Technology, DIET Machinery Operation & Troubleshooting, Production Management & DIET Plant Maintenance, Product Quality, and many more to increase the quality of human resources.
