Malang Night Surfing, the One and Only Night Surfing Event In Java

TIMESINDONESIA, MALANG – Malang Night Surfing which was held on Saturday night (02/11/2019) at Pantai Wedi Awu a.k.a Wedi Awu Beach, Malang was claimed by The Disparbud Malang as the one and only night surfing event in Java island.

"There has never been such an event like this before. This is the only night surfing event ever held in Java island," The Head of Disparbud Malang Dr Made Arya Wedanthara SH MSi said.

In addition, still according to him, there was only Bali who dare to hold such night surfing. This event has took so much attention from the Balinese surfers itself and several from another location in Indonesia such as Jakarta.

Meanwhile, beside the night surfing event, the wave, the beautiful scenery, and the sanity of the place has become a big consideration that attracted the surfers to come to this place.

On a regular day, there will be lots of surfers visiting this beach for it's beautiful wave. Some of them even coming from foreign country.

To support this Malang Night Surfing the Disparbud Malang has helped the local manager by providing them with a better facilities to access this place such as giving them a new asphalt for the road. (*)
