Feel the Archaic Atmosphere of Candi Gentong Mojokerto and Enjoy the Beautiful Scenery Around

TIMESINDONESIA, MOJOKERTO – Holiday season has been started. Several tourist destination in every area has started to take more surge of visitor. That's what also happened to Candi Gentong (Gentong Temple) Mojokerto.

This temple is located in Telago Gede Village, Trowulan, Mojokerto. This place is occasionally still actively used by the Hindus to pray. This place usually has a few visitor in regular days.

Recently the local government has improved the park and did some renovation in it. The park make the archaic view look more enjoyable. People come and go to see the new park look.

You don't need to pay for admission fee to enter this place. You could enjoy this archaic destination for free. "The government run this place directly and let the visitors come in for free," the Candi Gentong caretaker, Ahmad Yani said on Saturday (14/12/2019).

The park located next to the temple (Candi Gentong) has some mesmerizing views for the flowers are blooming. The rainy season has help them to grow.

"We don't do much to the park, the flowers don't need special treatment. They grow by themself. And we usually just cut the excess leaves out once every two days," Candi Gentong of Mojokerto caretaker said. (*)
