You can boost your immune system with simple methods. Here are several simple methods to keep your body healthy and boost your immune system.

1. Consume healthy foods

Consuming foods that are high in antioxidant, such as vegetables and fruits, can help body fight free radicals. Free radicals inside the body can affect the immune system, resulting in a weakened immune system.

2. Exercise regularly
