TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – After the previous trend of “Dalgona” coffee, now “Aisu Kohi” becomes the public’s favorite. Aisu kohi is a Japanese-style iced coffee which already popular since the 1990s.

Japanese people drink this beverage in the summer, or on a hot day.

This beverage becomes popular for its quick and easy preparation, thus can be easily made at home.

To make a glass of aisu kohi, you need to prepare some ice cubes, instant coffee, liquid sugar, and full cream milk. There are two methods to make this beverage. The first method is by pouring hot coffee into a glass filled with ice cubes.

The second method is by freezing the brewed coffee into iced coffee cubes and pour the full cream milk into a glass filled with the iced coffee cubes.
