Soup and veggies could be the best alternative to make you stay fresh during the day in Ramadhan. Especially during early breakfast, consuming more veggies will make you have more energy during the day.
More Fruits
You could take any fruit you like. But certain fruit like banana which rich in fiber and carbohydrates will satisfy you in a longer time.
More water and less caffeine
Keep maintain to drink enough water during iftar to early breakfast time at least for 2 liter. It will moisturized your body and keep you hydrated.
You also need to consume less caffeine because it will make you easy to be thirsty. Furthermore, coffee will make your heart pumped and make you have less sleep. Its definitely will make you more exhausted and cranky and looking so tired all day.
Consume more vitamin
Vitamin B12 and C, E are three vitamins that needed to be consume especially when you fast. This vitamin will help you boost your immune system and will add more energy to your body.
Have some sweet things during iftar
Sweet beverage or dessert could be your best alternative to start your iftar. Dates are the most common fruits you could find anywhere in erath during Ramadhan.
Exercise
Never let fasting stand between your way of exercising. If you usually have an hour of exercise in a normal day, you could just do it for 30 minutes daily in Ramadhan. Late evening before iftar could be the best time to do your exercise, so you could stay fit and fresh all the time. (*)
