Ingredients:
- 3 chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
- 1 tbsp. lemon water
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper powder
- 1 onion, long-sliced
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 5 tbsp. soy sauce
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper powder
- ¼ tsp. sugar
- 1 leek
- 100g butter for stir-frying
- 500ml cooking oil for frying
How to make the buttered fried chicken?
- Coat the chicken with lemon water, salt, and pepper powder. Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Fry the chicken with heated cooking oil until it has a brownish color and well cooked. Remove and drain the chicken.
- Stir-fry the garlic and onion using butter until it gets fragrant.
- Pour the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper powder, and sugar into the stir-fry and stir until it gets thick.
- Put the chicken and leek slices in and stir until they get cooked.
