Fruit Salad with Yakult, a Perfect Companion During Summer

Ingredients:
- Mango
- Apple
- Grape
- Strawberry
- Avocado
- Papaya
- Watermelon (You can get them all at the nearest Asian store)
- 100 ml Yakult
- 5 tbs mayonnaise
- 3 tbs cream cheese
- 2 tbs condensated milk
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- Shredded cheddar cheese for the topping
Instructions:
Rinse all the fruit. Peel the fruit that need to be peeled, cut it or dice it. Mix them in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the mayo, cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, and yakult all together. Mix the fruit and your beaten cream evenly or till you think it’s enough.
Shred the cheddar cheese for the topping before you served it. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Walla, and your fruit salad with yakult is ready to accompany you during the hot day of summer. (*)
