Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya Ready to Welcome All Their Guests Back

TIMESINDONESIA, SURABAYA – Four Points Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah Surabaya ready to welcome their loyal customers and guests back to their hotel. This hotel has installed several equipment needed to ensure their guests safety and security from Coronavirus while staying at their hotel.

Located in West Surabaya this hotel has been equipped with Covid-19 protocol standard equipment such as a sink which is installed at the patio before the entrance door, providing a mobile check in and menu app. Also, they will check their guests and staff temperature before entering the hotel.
They also equip their staff and employees with face shield, mask, and gloves. The hotel even arranges strict physical distancing rule either or the staff or the guests. They also disinfect the hotel and surrounded area consecutively with an eco-friendly disinfectant that has been approved by the local government.
The hotel which is equipped with 317 contemporary and stylish room will also decrease their capacity to 50%. Which means there will be only half of the room with 49-inch flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi access, and spacious space will be occupied, including the restaurant and the ballroom.
In addition, they will open all their facilities including the gym and pool. Yet, still with a strict protocol. "We even opened our bar and resto with digital menu to minimize physical contact with our staff," the Complex General Manager Four Points Sheraton Surabaya ended. (*)
