Transport Museum Batu is Back on Business

TIMESINDONESIA, BATU – Transport Museum (Museum Angkut) Batu is back on business after being closed for several months during the pandemic. Yet, this museum will only open on Saturday and Sunday to see whether has they are ready and qualified enough to welcome back the visitors.
“We are so happy that Batu Covid-19 task force has verified our place to have an adequate health protocol and equipment for this new normal,” Assistant Manager of Transport Museum, Nunuk Liantin said.

Nunuk also said that temporary, the museum will only be open for two days in a week which is Saturday and Sunday at 11.00 to 19.00 local western time. The ticket fare will be lower i.e. IDR 80 K. for your information its commonly sold for IDR 100 K before the pandemic struck the country.
The Mayor of Batu Dra Hj Dewanti Rumpoko MSi which happened to visit the Museum on the first day of its reopening said that all the facilities and equipment to fit the new health protocol has been properly installed.
“Don’t be hesitate to acknowledge and remind the visitors about the new protocol,” the Mayor said to the museum’s staffs in support to the Transport Museum (Museum Angkut) of Batu. (*)
