Marina Boom, an Iconic Tourist Destinaton in Banyuwangi

TIMESINDONESIA, BANYUWANGI – Marina Boom Beach Banyuwangi has always attracted the tourists to visit this place. This place has an enchanting beauty of local beach, with a beautiful sunrise as its main attraction. You could also see a vast black volcano sand spread along the beach.

“This place has a great potential of becoming an international tourist destination. It was so breath taking, for this beach barely known by people,” the Governor of East Java said on Friday (4/9/2020).

Located at Mandar, Banyuwangi, East Java this beach was a slum area with tons of pile of junk around it. The local government then cleans it and adds some facilities such as parasol as a shade for the tourist to rest.

Khofifah also said that the government of East Java will support the beach to grow and develop to be an international tourist destination. “We will surprise you with different sensation of enjoying the beauty of the beach,” she added.

Other than Marina Boom Beach Banyuwangi also has dozens potential beaches which could be an international tourist destination. Those tourist destinations are Pulau Merah, Watu Dodol, Sukamade, Plengkung, and Wedi Ireng Beach. (*)
