SURABAYA – Es kopyor or Indonesian icy drink that usually enjoyed in a single taste now could be enjoyed in distinctive way with various flavors. This drink is tasteful and invigorating. Ajeng kristianingstias the person behind Kopyor Boscil Surabaya, trying to bring this sensation to you.
Kopyor Voscil was inspired from grass jelly drink which made into several flavors that could steal the custimers’ heart. Ajeng and her sister then do a flavor research to create the best taste for their drink.
At the end of the day, they happened to find several new flavor which will fit the kopyor. And now Ajeng and her sister have several variant of taste such as original, taro, thaitea, matcha, cappuccino, chocolate, bubble gum, red velvet, and strawberry.
“We use the pure coconut water for our kopyor to keep the taste. People tend to have taro, chocolate or bubble gum for the flavor,” Ajeng said on Thursday (17/9/2020). "Yang paling laris biasanya taro, coklat dan bubble gum," tambahnya.
Besides having pure coconut water on her kopyor, Ajeng also uses real sugar, not just sweetener to maintain the quality.
