Fruits and Meatball in One? Well, That’s How Rujak Bakso Majalengka Served

Rujak is a local traditional fruit salad served with sweet spicy sauce of palm sugar and chili. Some people will add ground peanut in it to make the taste kick your tongue in an elegant way.
The meatball will be braised with chicken feet for half an hour in a sweet soup made of palm sugar, ginger and tamarind. After it’s done then the meatballs along with the chicken feet could be put on top of sliced fruits. The sweet spicy sauce could be added to elevate the taste.
