TIMESINDONESIA, TUBAN – Tuban has another tourist destination you could visit. It’ called as Wisata Pelang Tuban. As its name this place is located at Pelang, Tahulu, Merakurak, Tuban, East Java. This place has become a new favorite tourist destination in the city especially for the locals.

This place offers the beauty of lush sago trees wherever your eyes go. There was also a river with nice crystal clear water filled with koi fish that will makes you feel like you were in some place you would never knew before.

Hundreds koi fish will swim underneath your feet and beg you for food. But don’t worry, the management also provide some fish food take you could take for the fish.

You could also rest and relax on several shades they built. Some shades are built on top of the river. You could even dip your feet into the river while sitting on the shades.

“This place was open for public not long ago. We applied the new safety standard for everyone including the staffs and the visitors,” Agus Susanto, The Chief of Local Tourism Awareness Community said.

You don’t need to spend lots of money to go to this place. You will need to pay IDR 8 for each to get in to this beautiful place.

On the weekend, lots of people will spend their time to enjoy the beauty of lush green sago trees and play with the fish at Wisata Pelang Tuban. It’s better if you visit this place during weekdays. (*)
