TIMESINDONESIA, MALANG – When you are travelling around Jalur Lintas Selatan (South Cross Street) in Malang, your trip will be incomplete without visiting Hanoman Bridge, the prima donna of Malang tourism that is located in Jembatan Tanjung Sirap Beach, Sumberbening Village, Bantur sub-district.
The easiest way to get into this tourist attraction is by starting off from Balekambang beach.

You can go by foot from Pura Amarta Jati Pulai Ismoyo from Balekambang Beach. It takes around 15 minutes to reach the bridge.
When you arrive at the location, you will see the most breath-taking panoramic ocean view and shade trees.
In the distant, you will be able to see Hanoman Island which used to have a long bridge, which used to be falling down. Luckily, Government of Malang had the Office of Public Works – Human Settlements and Spatial Planning (DPKCK) renovate the broken bridge.
Visitors usually take selfies around this place. Visitors may also go fishing around this place.
One of the visitors, Sri Widiastuti, said that she really enjoyed being in this tourist attraction. “I like to take some selfies around this place with the background of the blue ocean,” she said to TIMES Indonesia. “Besides, this place is clean. The air is refreshing and there are many shade trees around here,” she continued.
It was her first time going into this place and she definitely wanted to go back here on the next trip to Malang.
Meanwhile, the Head of Department of Tourism and Culture, Made Arya Wedanthara, stated that his department is in partnership with the forestry department, along with the locals to develop the tourism in Hanoman Bridge.
