Rambutan Season, the Best Time for a Glass of Rambutan Setup Ice

To make a glass of this fresh beverage, choose the binjai rambutans as the main ingredient. Binjai rambutans have a tough flesh texture and their seed coats are not easily peeled off as you separate the flesh from the seed.

This is how you make a glass of rambutan setup ice
Ingredients:
15 rambutans
4 tablespoons of white sugar
500 ml of water
A pinch of salt
200 ml of Sprite
Ice cubes
1 lime
Steps:
Peel the rambutans and take the seeds out. Boil the rambutan flesh in the water mixed with salt and sugar until only 1/3 of the water remains. Chill the mixture.
Slice the lime into four slices. Use 2 inner slices as decoration and squeeze the lime juice out of the 2 outer slices.
Prepare 2 serving glasses. Fill them with ice cubes and rambutan setup mixture, pour the Sprite, and sprinkle the lime juice for the finishing touch.
Put the inner lime slices on the glass rim for decoration. Rambutan setup ice is now ready to enjoy. (*)
