Located at Jalan Tanjung Raya 30, Manisrejo, Taman, Madiun does think out of the box by mixing these two beverages into one. They create such an amusing local taste with definite taste that will make you ask for more.
"I was just trying to mix and match the drink to find out the best taste that suit the local customers taste. And it happens with teh tarik," Masita, the owner of Good Father cafe said.
Masita needs some time to find out the best taste for her new recipe. She toss all the ingredients and boil it. The milk as the final touch. Once it's ready they will pull it out in two glass alternately to cool it down.
This beverage has become a favorite in this cafe since it was first introduced. They order it in two ways. "It's good to be enjoyed in hot or cold water," Masita said.
Good Father Cafe of Madiun opens daily from 09.00 to 22.00 local western time. This cafe has never been quiet from the visitors especially after the owner found the new recipe. (*)
