Perjamuan Nusantara of Sheraton Surabaya Offered the Authentic Taste of Local Dishes

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya presents a fine dining by bringing up the authentic taste of local dishes to commemorate the hotel 2nd anniversary. This dining occasion was named as Perjamuan Nusantara and was presented at Djaman Doeloe Resto & Bar.

On this occasion, they invited Acaraki Jamu, one of modern herbal drink supplier in the country. Acaraki took over the bar and turned it into their very own display products. The guests could order and taste the authentic taste of the product from the bar.

"Acaraki is one famous herbal drink in Jakarta, they have not only exotic product but the way they  process their products and the story behind their ideas were unique," Rizal Afandi, Complex Director of Food and Beverages of Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah and The Westin Surabaya said on Tuesday (14/12/2021).

Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya thought that inviting Acaraki was a perfect idea for they have the same vision i.e. to preserve the culture through food. "The thing is they go by their herbal drink and we go by the dishes and the ambience of the restaurant," Rizal added.

There were some local dishes with authentic taste served in buffet style. They have Nasi Boranan Lamongan and many more. The herbal drink from Acaraki complete the night in special way. The Golden Sparkling of Acaraki made the dining feel more enjoyable. 

Djaman Doeleoe Resto & Bar of Four Points by Sheraton Indah Surabaya has been well known to be a reaturant which brought  thick ambience of local culture with their food and interior design. By visiting the restaurant you will find lots conventional tools that had been used back then. (*)
