3 Easy Ways to Have a Flat Tummy Beside Sit Up

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Having a flat tummy has become a popular lifestyle nowadays. Some people will do anything to make their tummy flat, looking healthy without any fat. Some will consider sit up for the easiest way. However, did you know that there were several other easy ways to reach this goal in a matter of week beside sit up?

Well, there certain easy way to lose around 8 cm or around 3 inch of your tummy in 3 weeks. However, as ny other exercise, these method s will be so easy to say than to do. You just need more passion to do it. And make sure you keep it on the track to get the best result.

So, what are those easy exercises you could do to flatten your tummy and lose extra pounds in a matter of weeks? Check the list below.

1. The Stomach Vacuum

There are so many way to do stomach vacuum exercise. You could sit on a chair with your hand beside your tight. Or lay on the ground facing down keep your leg together and stretch your arm with palm on the floor. Or just by standing and put your hands on your hips.

Either which will give you best result for stomach vacuum. After choosing the perfect position for you,  start pushing the air out of your lungs and pull your stomach towards your spines as hard as can be. Hold it for 20 seconds. Slowly let it go, and do it for 10 times a set.

2. Bicycle Crunch

Bicycle crunch was also one best abs exercise you could easy do anywhere anytime. Lay down on your back, place your hands behind your head. Bring your right knees up as your left elbow goes closer to it at the same time. Do the vice versa with the left knee and right elbow.  Do this position ten times per set.

3. Twist Crunch

Lay on your back. Bring your hands behind your head. Lift your feet up to form 45° angle. Twist your body left to right while keeping your lower back on the floor, tuck your chin to your chest. Do it 10 times in a set. Do all this exercise in a row and do it 4 times each and you will have a flat tummy within weeks.
