Take your time before brushing your teeth
Don’t be to rush to brush your teeth after suhoor. Wait for at least 30 minutes after suhoor to brush your teeth. This is because after you have your meal, the acid reflux in your stomach will increase and that makes your teeth in its most vulnerable condition.
Do all those dental habits at least 30 minutes after suhoor including using dental floss and some mouthwash. This will at least reduce you have a bad breath for hours during your fasting time.
Arrange your diet
Avoid taking some spicy food or those food with some strong odor like onion, stinky bean, dog fruit and else. Add some sweet thing to your suhoor menu like pudding and else. This will help you prevent from having bad breath during fasting.
