1 glass of cold water

1 scoop of vanilla powder

3/4 cup of spinach

1 stalk of celery

1 fresh kiwi fruit, peeled 

1/2 green apple

1/2 avocado

½ peeled green pear

1/2 cucumber, sliced

8-10 ice cubes

Chocolate sweetened condensed milk (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Dice the fruits and put them into the blender.

  2. Cover and process on medium speed until thick and smooth. 

  3. Serve the smoothie and you may add the sweetened condensed milk.
