Korean Strawberry Milk, a Pretty Beverage to Wash Away Your Thirst  

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Another Korean beverage has become a sensation on the internet lately. This drink called as Korean Strawberry Milk. This drink has such sweet refreshing taste and a little bit sour from the strawberry. And that makes this drink a perfect one to wash away your thirst.

Korean Strawberry milk has such beautiful tempting color of red from the strawberry and white from the milk. It's made only of strawberry milk, sugar and ice tube. This full of nutrition drink could be said as the simplest drink to ever made. So, let's check the recipe below.

Ingredients:

• 8-10 pcs strawberry
• 400 ml fresh milk
• 2 tbs sugar
• 50 ml water
• Ice tube

Instructions:

1. Rinse the strawberry. Dice them. Put the strawberry, sugar, and water into a pan. Bring it into a boil.
2. While simmering the strawberry, crush it a little with spatula till its kind of mushy and the texture turn out into a bit jelly like or you could a jam with rough texture.
3. Let it simmered for 10 minutes with small to medium heat. Once it finished, set it aside and cool it off.
4. Fill half of the glass with the strawberry jam. Let the strawberry sticking on the glass too make it look more aesthetic.
5. Fill the glass with milk. Add the ice tube. And your Korean Strawberry Milk is ready to be served.(*)
