Semesta Café Caruban, a Perfect Place to Taste the Local Coffee

TIMESINDONESIA, MADIUN – If oyou would like to have a modest taste of local coffee and you happened to be in Madiun, East Java, Semesta Café will be the best alternative for this. This café offers the a momdern traditional taste of local coffee.

Located at Jalan Ahmad Yani No.105, Ngampel. Mejayan, Caruban, Madiun, East Java this place is wrapped in a modern traditional Japanese onmyodo style. This place is considered as a new place to hang out in town for it was just opened a day ago on Saturday (3/9/2022).

In order to support the quality of the taste, Semesta Café have some professional to handle their kitchen and bar. "We have a professional chef and barista," the manager in charge of the soft opening of Semesta Café Jelly Bagus Prasetyo said.

During the event, some local influencer and food vlogger was also taken to introduce the café to their viewers and followers. They all were assigned to taste the drinks and the foods that was served on the café.

For your information, Semesta Café has several favorite drinks like cappucino, piccolo, caffe latte, and more. The coffee was also taken from the best local coffee with certain level of acidity. And the barista has mastered all the coffee in the café.

They even have cupping  and show their skill. "What they had just showed you was the way they made cappucino. They mill the coffee and extractted it with 10 bar suspension, added with 92-93 degrees water for 26-28 second," Prasetyo added. 

They also have some fusion drink which they adapted from those plants they could easily found in Batu Malang such as mint, rosemary, strawberry jam, apple and more. With all these being said, Semesta Café will be such a nice place to get a cup of nice coffee. (*)
