TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Coffee has become a popular drink most of people in the world has in the morning. some will prefer a black coffee, espresso, or added with some creamer or sugar. 

Little did you know, if you take a large number of coffee for your daily intake it will just give risk your health. You will find these issues in a course of time.

But there are certain ways to avoid this thing to happen to you or your loved ones. Some ways might be a little weird for you, but once you apply it in your daily life then it will just be a nice new habits. 

Time by time you will feel like it gives you more benefit and give you the best way to drink you coffee. So, without any further do,  let's check them out. 

1. Choose a good quality of coffee
Everything started from a good bean and the processing method. A good beans grown with less pesticide and was taken when it was rip enough. 

The processing method will also affecting the quality of your coffee. Some factories will just add some additional ingredients during the processing and make the quality of your coffee drop below the average standard.

The additional creamer, sugar, and things you don't know which they say as their secret recipe should also be your consideration. This way you should be very careful in choosing which brand of coffee suit you the most. 

2. Get some natural sweetener
Loading your coffee with excessive sugar will lead you to have another health risk such as diabetes and heart issues. however, you could substitute the sugar with something natural like coconut sugar, honey, maple syrup.

Yet, make sure you don't put an excessive amount into it. Limit your daily  intake of sugar in day. Know your own body and decide how many sugar do you need in a day. 

3. Avoid low fat artificial creamer
Some company will just tend to add the creamer right away in their products. Some will just sell it separately in another container. But the think is by adding nothing to your coffee will just make the taste better.

The bitter taste, sour, sweet, and a light taste of savory will be highlighted with this way. instead of low fat artificial creamer, you might need to consider adding full fat cream or those milk cream you can get directly from the farm. 

4. The daily intake
drinking too much coffee will just give you some health risk and reduce its benefit. According to Healthline, it is recommended that you take around 2.5 mg/kg of coffee in a day. This will be enough to give your need of caffeine in a day. A cup of coffee will consist 95 mg caffeine. And two cups of it will be enough in a day. 

Do some research of your own about how many caffeine your body needs. Each people will have their own needs depending on their weights and health issue as well. And make sure you don't have coffee after 2 p.m. to get you away from insomnia.
