However, some country like China commonly will use this deserted fruit for an ingredient for their dishes. In the Mediterranean people will consume this fruit on thw daily basis. In western people just knew this fruit came from Arab. And in muslim country, it's a must to serve food during Ramadan.

The shape of the fruit was almost the same with Barhi. Yet, the color distinguish between the two. Kholas has slight darker color than Barhi. The taste just a bit lighter than Barhi. With its tender fles, for those who doesn't love the sweetness of Kholas will be a good choice for you.
4. Khidri
This fruit has such a bright yellowish and brownish color. It slso has a tender flesh and make the skin looks little bit wrinkled. It has a sweet taste and most liked by people around the world.
5. Majol
For those who love some juicy taste, this variant will be the right choice for you. The size is a bit bigger than any other types. It could be easily found around Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Israel and Jordan.
6. Sekki
