According to Gus dr Haris, the first step to take is to maintain hydration. "Hot temperatures cause our bodies to lose a lot of fluid through sweat. Make sure to rehydrate by drinking at least 2 liters of water a day. Whether Zam Zam water or plain water," said Gus dr Haris.
2). Avoid Direct Sun Exposure
In addition, this millennial doctor also advises to avoid direct sunlight. "Use an umbrella or head cover to protect yourself from the sun's heat, and if possible, try to schedule outdoor activities in the morning or evening," he suggests.

Gus Haris added, "Health is not just physical, but mental as well. Don't forget to always pray and ask for protection from Allah SWT."
