The row of clustered village homes, seemingly stacked one atop the other, along with their vibrant paintwork, adds a unique charm that is unparalleled elsewhere. Especially during sunrise or sunset, this panorama becomes even more enchanting and gives birth to moments that are so captivating, creating an unforgettable experience.

Lilik Setiyawan, the Head of Butuh Hamlet (Kadus), explains that within this community of 430 households. She also said that there are 325 homes adorned with a colorful array of paint. 

At the beginning, in 2017, only a few spots were adorned with paint, funded by the village treasury and youth contributions. "Starting from 2019, the Nippon Paint CSR program began to provide assistance. In 2021, support also came from the Governor of Central Java Ganjar Pranowo," Lilik said on Saturday (23/9/2023).

Approximately 1,500 visitors each week also have the opportunity to utilize the unique facilities available. These include the captivating Multipurpose Hall, comfortable meeting rooms, and the enchanting Pendopo Taman Depok.

Lilik sincerely hopes that with the presence of the natural tourist attractions in Nepal Van Java, its benefits will extend and have a significant positive impact on the community.
