MALANG – The crashing waves meeting from different directions, the expanse of clean white sand, and three small islands that sit prominently offshore make Goa Cina Beach one of the unique destinations on the south coast of Malang. According to local folklore, around the 1930s, Hing Hook practised meditation in the cave until the end of his life.

- Malang – Bululawang – Turen – Dampit – Sumbermanjing Wetan – Goa Cina
This route is the most commonly used route. Along the way, tourists who choose this route will pass through urban areas, villages, and plantations. The road conditions are relatively good and paved. However, as visitors approach the coastal area, the road begins to narrow and wind. This route is suitable for tourists who want a safer and more accessible trip.

- Malang – Bunulrejo – Tumpakrejo – Bajulmati – Goa Cina
The second route offers a more visually appealing travel experience. However, some parts of the road are still quite challenging, so tourists need to be careful.

Entrance Fee

Goa Cina Beach remains an affordable destination for travelers. Visitors are typically charged an entrance fee of around IDR 15,000 per person, while motorcycle parking costs approximately IDR 10,000.

Those wishing to explore the cave area or visit Titanic Hill may be required to pay an additional fee of around IDR 10,000. While rates may change over time, visiting Goa Cina Beach remains a budget-friendly experience for most travelers.

Facilities

Although the beach retains its natural and rugged charm, a variety of facilities are available to support visitor comfort. A spacious parking area near the entrance provides convenient access before visitors continue toward the shoreline.

For those planning to stay overnight, designated camping areas are available along the coast, allowing visitors to enjoy the beach’s tranquil atmosphere after sunset. Tent rental services can also be found nearby, making camping accessible even for travelers without their own equipment.

Although these facilities are not completely modern, they are designed to support the basic needs of tourists and still maintain the natural feel of Goa Cina Beach.
