Mebuug-buugan, a Unique Tradition from Badung Bali which is Loved by Tourists

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Mebuug-buugan is a unique tradition from Bali. This tradition is held at Desa Kedonganan, Kabupaten Badung, Bali a day after The Silence Day. This tradition needs the participants to put mud on their body.
Lots of tourist came to just take a picture with those guys and watch the show. Moreover, the tourist visit always increasing year by year.

"Mebuug-buugan always attrack some visitors to come here. It's been one of our tradition every year. It's also has become a rare culture in Bali" Kadek Indra Wijaya a local citizen said.
Meanwhile, another local citizen Putu Suarjana said that he's so proud to be able to participate in this tradition.
"Its the five times of me to be a participant of this mebuug-buugan. More and more people come here to participate in each year. So does the tourist. This tradition is one good tourist attraction in Bali," he said. (*)
