Es Doger, which is originated from Cirebon, East Java, has a sweet and refreshing taste that is very suitable to serve as a dessert for Iftar.

Ingredients:
200 gr young coconut, grated
250 gr shaved ice
25 gr red sago pearl
25 gr green sago pearl
75 gr black sticky rice
125 gr avocado, grated
125 gr jackfruit, diced
100 gr tapai
250 gr condensed milk
Topping ingredients:
500 gr white sugar
250 ml coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 drops of pink food coloring
Method:
- Bring the topping mixture to a boil with a low heat, until the sugar melts. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
- Pour the topping onto the shaved ice gradually. Mix well. Refrigerate.
- Add the grated young coconut, sago pearls, black sticky rice, avocado, jackfruit, and tapai. Add some condensed milk.
- Serve the dessert into several cups or glasses.
