How to Get There 
For tourists planning to visit, the journey to Tanjung Penyu Beach offers its own sense of adventure. There are two main routes that tourists can choose from, each offering a different travel experience.

- Malang – Turen – Sumbermanjing Wetan – Sendang Biru – Tanjung Penyu
This is the route most commonly used by visitors. From Malang, the journey continues toward Turen, then continues to Sumbermanjing Wetan. After that, tourists will pass through the Sendang Biru area which is known as the access route to several beaches in South Malang. Using the available directions, the trip continues to Tanjung Penyu area. This route is relatively clearer and frequently traveled, so it is more recommended.

- Malang – Gondanglegi – Gedangan – Bajulmati – Tanjung Penyu
This route offers a more varied travel atmosphere with unspoilt countryside and hilly scenery. From Malang, the journey continues to Gondanglegi, then to Gedangan and Bajulmati. This route is more challenging due to the winding and up-and-down road conditions, but it provides an interesting visual experience along the way.

Overall, the travel time to Tanjung Penyu Beach ranges from 2 to 2.5 hours depending on traffic and vehicle conditions. In addition to using private vehicles, tourists can also take advantage of public transportation in the form of DAMRI bus services from Malang to the south coast area. Although in the online booking system the main destinations available are only Sendang Biru Beach and Balekambang Beach, this bus passes through the same route, so this option can be a practical alternative.

To enjoy the beauty of Tanjung Penyu Beach, tourists only need to spend an affordable fee.

- Parking: IDR 5,000 (motorcycle); IDR 10,000 (car); IDR 25,000 (bus)

Even though it is still classified as natural, Tanjung Penyu Beach has been equipped with basic facilities that are adequate for visitors’ needs such as parking facilities, camping area, toilets, food stalls, gazebos and musala.

Interestingly, even though the facilities are not too modern, this condition actually maintains the authenticity of the atmosphere of Tanjung Penyu Beach. Tourists can enjoy a closer connection with nature without the disruption of overcommercialization.
