TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Have you had a good diet? Have you fulfill the nutrition on your diet? What about your breakfast? Do u know that breakfast took an important role on your healthy diet? Here are some healthy breakfast menu to help your diet works well.

1. Boiled egg

Egg is a good source of protein, consuming boiled egg at your breakfast will make you get enough carbs as well as protein. It will also make you full for a long time, and prevent you from eating too much at your breakfast.

2. Wheat bread and peanut butter

Consuming wheat bread and peanut butter could also help you full for a long time yet wont affect your weight. It is delicious, nutritious, and surely low calories.

3. Oatmeal or granola

Oatmeal anf granola known to have high fiber which will make you full for a long time. It will make you eat less at ur lunch. This grains is also good for your heart and could lower your cholesterol.

4. Low-fat milk

Low fat milk with give you nutritions with a low risk of getting fat. This is the only milk which is good for your diet. And you keep having a solid bone with it.

5. Yoghurt

Choose a low calories yogurt which was shown on the label. Beside full with nutrition it could also make you full and keep your digestion.Selain susu, yoghurt pun dapat menjadi pilihan. If you have a normal digestion then you can stabilize your weight.

6. Fruits

Consuming fruits will make you easily full and lower your cholesterol. It could detox your body from unwanted and dangerous chemical. Banana, apple avocado, or pear could be the best choice for your diet. And make sure you eat it without being processsed first like made it in to juice.

7. Sweet Potato

You could have sweet potato in your breakfast as it has lots of fiber and mineral. You could have it once in a week to prevent the boredom of the same food on your breakfast.

However, you must also do regular exercise while you do your healthy diet. Do a regular exercise at least 5 minutes a day, and you will get your beautiful body shape that you dream on. (*)
