TIMESINDONESIA, DENPASAR – Aston Denpasar Hotel and Convention Center offers a new, exclusive menu with Italian delicacy, Pasta Fresca. The trio pasta menu served in Jempiring Restaurant at Aston Denpasar Hotel Bali becomes the best choice for the culinary lovers.

The Chef of Aston Denpasar Hotel Bali, Komang Suarsi, said that Pasta Fresca means fresh pasta. It has three choices of pasta, namely Pappardelle Bakso Sapi (Beef Meatball Pappardelle), Ravioli Sari Laut (Seafood Ravioli), and Rigatoni Ayam Bakar (Grilled Chicken Rigatoni).

 “Every pasta menu is combined with Indonesian taste. Therefore, this menu is really suitable for Asian people,” said Komang.

Ravioli combines tomato sauce and chili pepper that create a spicy taste. Meanwhile, Pappardella uses the basil leaves and cashew nuts combined with carbonara sauce.

 “Rigatoni is exclusively served by combining the Thai curry sauce and eggplant to create Asian-European taste,” he added.

Pasta Fresca Menu is available until 31 December 2019 with a very affordable price, which is IDR 55,000.

Besides, Jempiring Restaurant also serves the fresh mocktail, such as Glorious Natural, a healthy beverage made of Bok Choi, pineapple, celery, dragon fruit, lemon, honey, and ginger juice.

 “For the coffee lovers, I recommend Sweet Ocean, an espresso mixed with fresh milk, caramel, and ice cube. Besides, there is also Ginger Lychee, a beverage made of lychee syrup, hazelnut, basil seeds, and ice cube. Each beverage costs IDR 35,000 per portion,” said Ardy.
