New Year Holiday Ahead: Perhutani Renovates the Facilities in Sowan Beach

TIMESINDONESIA, TUBAN – To welcome the Christmas and New Year holiday, Sowan Beach will add more facilities to make the place more enjoyable.

 “We hope that by the end of this year, the Fun Family Camping Ground and Outbound will have been finished and can be enjoyed by the visitors,” said Sofiul Nasik, the Section Chief of Business Planning and Development of KPH Jatirogo, on Thursday (19/12/2019).

Sowan Beach offers the stunning beauty of Javanese ocean, the best place to spend your family time. The location, which is teeming with Klampis Trees, is also suitable as pre-wedding photo spot. Besides, there are coral reefs and various marine biota that will indulge your senses.

Sowan Beach provides various rides, such as Flying Back, Flying Carpet, Flying Fox, and animal education area, and playground.

Sofiul Nasik hoped that the new rides and spots will be attracting more visitors.

 “We hope that Sowan Beach can be the icon of ocean and nature tourism destination in Tuban,” he added.

For all this time, Sowan Beach has been the favorite of the adventurers. In 2019, the record states that there has been ten thousands of visitors enjoying the exotic ocean and nature in Tuban.

 “By the end of November, there has been 98,280 visitors visiting Sowan Beach,” said the Junior Business Manager, as well as the management officer of KPH Jatirogo, Eko Sembodo.

According to Eko, the number of visitors will be increasing on the holiday seasons. The entrance fee is IDR 8,000 / person on weekdays and 10,000 / person on weekends. (*)
