Ngebel, a Village Where You Can Get as Much as Durian You Wanted

TIMESINDONESIA, PONOROGO – If you happened to pass by high way in Magetan, Madiun, Trenggalek, Tulungagung, Ponorogo and Pacitan, you will see lots of people standing on the side road and offered you durian.

Most of the durian offered in these high ways are taken from an area in Ngebel, Ponorogo. Most of the customers who knows about the taste and quality will always asked the seller for the Ngebel Durian first before the others.

"We don't have enough Durian for this year but the taste is still the best," Bambang Subgyo, the owner of Kampung Durian Ngrogong Ngebel, Ponorogo, East Java said on Tuesday (17/03/2020).

Ngebel has lots durian variety. Such local variety such as matahari, tokong, montong and kanjeng could be taken from this place.

Some people regard the durian as having a pleasantly sweet fragrance, whereas others find the aroma overpowering with an unpleasant odour.

For those who fall in love to Durian, durian Ngebel of Ponorogo could be one recommended fruit you could taste. (*)
