Ubud Village Jazz Festival will be Hold up Untill 2021

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – The 8th Ubud Village Jazz Festival (UVJF) which planned to be held this year in Bali will be hold due to coronavirus outbreak. This international scale jazz festival has been held since 2013.

“We decided to postpone this International scale festival to support the government to fight against the pandemic," Anom Darsana, the Festival Director of UVJF said.

Still according to him, the festival which likely to be hold on 14-15 August 2020 was planned to be hold on 2021.Darsana also said that he was sorry to take this decision. However, this is the best thing they could do to support the government.

Meanwhile, coronavirus has tackle down several city to stop their activities especially Bali. This place was fully crowded with foreigners from across the world but now as you can see, lots of hotel and resort has few occupants.

“We hope that coronavirus will be ended soon, and we could start everything over by 2021," the Festival Director of Ubud Village Jazz Festival, Darsana added. (*)
