This is The Indonesian Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe a.k.a Kue Kacang

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Kue Kacang or the Indonesian peanut butter cookies is also one must served cookies during a celebration such as Christmas, Eid Al-Fithr and more.
Though most of people didn't celebrate those days like they used to, there is no wrong to have this cookies on your table, right?

Well, as its name, peanut butter cookies are made of mainly butter and peanut. You could even still taste the ground peanut melted on your mouth once you try it. So taken from lifepal, here is the recipe.
Ingredients:
Multipurpose flour 400 gr
Ground peanut 250 gr
Cooking oil 200 gr
Icing sugar 150 gr
Salt 1 tsp
2 egg yolks
Butter 1 tbs
Instructions:
1. Put in to a bowl, multipurpose flour, ground peanut, cooking oil, icing sugar, and salt. Mix them well. And keep it on the refrigerator for at least an hour.
2. Let it out of your refrigerator, let it sit for a while. Meanwhile prepare your pan and oven.
3. Take our your mould. Out the batter in the mould on the pan.
3. Put the egg yolks and butter in a bowl and mix them well. Brush it on top of your peanut butter cookies.
4. Bake it till the color turned to light brown.
5. Let the peanut butter cookies a.k.a kue kacang out of your oven, let it sit till it cool before you move it to a sealed container. (*)
