TIMESINDONESIA, MADIUN – Sego Ndeso, a local foodie brand of Madiun keeps innovating and finding new way and recipes to pamper their loyal customers. This time they brought up suwir tongkol, spicy shredded mackerel.
This was to strengthen their place in the market. Before, Sego Ndeso has launched several of their delicious foods to the local market. “Innvation is the only way we could survive during this unprecedented crisis,” Satria Abadi Prawirasumantri, the owner of Sego Ndeso said.

Up until now, Sego Ndeso has sent their products almost to every corner of the country. This brand even has become an iconic brand of food of the city. The local government introduces this food and makes it as one souvenir on almost every of their occasion.
Sego Ndeso also aimed those students of local university as their customer. The local community also becomes one of their targets of their products. “I really appreciate them for loving my products, thank you for your cooperation,” Satria added.
The suwir tongkol or shredded mackerel of Sego Ndeso Madiun with a shrink wrapped which will make the food last longer than you expected. It could last in more than a month in normal temperature. Meanwhile they also planned to open a shop in one local marketplace to ease all their customers to find their products. (*)
