Ingredients:

350 gr grass jelly

1.5 tbsp basil seeds

400 ml full cream milk
-
400 ml evaporated milk
-
5 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

Syrup
-
200 gr palm sugar
-
1 tsp Vanilla extract
-
⅛ tsp salt (a pinch)

250 ml water
Instructions:
1. Cut the grass jelly into cubes and soak basil seeds with a cup of warm water.
2. In a saucepan, pour water, palm sugar, salt and vanilla extract. Bring it to boil, and let it sit.
3. Combine all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Add some ice cubes.
