1. Bebek and Ayam Betutu 

Bebek Betutu is a typical Balinese food made from duck cooked with local spices and wrapped in banana leaves and stuffed with cassava leaves. Bebek Betutu is served with rice and vegetables. This food has a spicy and distinctive taste. In addition to duck, this dish can also use chicken as its main ingredient. 

2. Sate Lilit 

Sate Lilit is a satay made from minced meat mixed with typical local spices such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and candlenut. This satay is sticked on skewer made of lemon grass and then grilled over charcoal. 

Sate Lilit is usually served with white rice, urap vegetables, and sambal matah or fresh sambal made of minched chili and slices of shallot and keffir lime leaves. This sambal will elevate the taste to the top.

3. Lawar 

Lawar is a typical Balinese food made of  minced meat and vegetables mixed with spices such as shallots, chili, and lemongrass. Lawar is available in various types, such as chicken lawar, pork lawar, and vegetarian lawar. This food is served with white rice and local iconic sauce, sambal matah. 

4. Nasi Campur Bali 

Nasi Campur Bali is a dish consisting of white rice served with various side dishes such as sate lilit, ayam betutu, lawar, and babi guling. This food is usually served with sambal and crackers. 

5. Rujak Bulung 

This typical Balinese culinary is quite unique. Rujak Bulung uses seaweed which is poured with pindang broth and added with grated coconut and fried soybeans. The taste will be quite exotic and will challenge your plate for some fish like taste.

6. Jaje Bali 

Jaje Bali is a typical Balinese food made from glutinous rice nad then formed into various shapes such as crescents, flowers, or skeletons. Jaje Bali is usually served with sprinkles of grated coconut and brown sugar. This food has a sweet and soft taste.
