Celebrating New Beginnings: Grand Opening of SPM Panglima Polim Junior & Senior High School Campus

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – The vibrant community of Sekolah Perkumpulan Mandiri (SPM) celebrated a landmark event last Friday with the grand opening of the SPM Panglima Polim Junior & Senior High School. Student Showcases: The campus buzzed with excitement as student booths exhibited the 7 Habits & Leadership Portfolio, the accomplishments of the Lighthouse Team, and various Junior & Senior High School achievements. These displays highlighted the students' hard work, creativity, and leadership skills, embodying the school's commitment to fostering holistic development.

Balloon Release Ceremony: A symbolic release of balloons by Parent Teacher Organisation Leaders Evika Loupatty and Amanda Subagio added a touch of magic, representing the students' dreams taking flight.

Mesmerising Performances: Krisalin Marpaung captivated the audience with her stunning performance, adding a touch of artistic flair to the event. The SPM Junior & Senior High School Choir’s rendition of "A Million Dreams" and the SPM Primary and  SPM Junior & Senior High School Choir’s medley of 7 Habits songs left everyone in awe, their harmonies resonating with hope and aspiration.

Ribbon Cutting: The grand ribbon cutting, executed by esteemed Board Members Edwin Soeryadjaya and Aryo Djojohadikusumo, officially inaugurated the new campus. This pivotal moment was a testament to the school’s vision and dedication.

Commemorative Plaques Signing: Edwin Soeryadjaya and Aryo Djojohadikusumo signed commemorative plaques, marking the event's historic significance and etching the day into the school's legacy.

Visionary Speeches: Edwin Soeryadjaya and Yenny Chandra as Academic Director SPM speeches were the day's highlights. They eloquently shared the school's journey, its core values, and its future vision, which promises to unlock every student's potential.

Traditional Tumpeng Cutting: The ceremonial Tumpeng cutting, was led by Operations Director SPM Linda Suwahjo, and given to Edwin Soeryadjaya, Aryo Djojohadikusumo, Abraham, Naning Yuliastanti, Shinta Aulia and also Esmeralda representing YPK OeL.

In his heartfelt speech, Edwin Soeryadjaya emphasised the school's ethos: "At Sekolah Perkumpulan Mandiri, we believe in the immense potential of every child.
